Clean bathroom features toilet, full shower and bath, sink and mirror, hand and body soaps and shampoos are available, bath towels/hand towels and wash cloths provided (located on the corner shelf outside of the bathroom)

(Note: There is a half bath (toilet and sink) available on the first floor in case the the private one is occupied)

Queen size bed, 50" Smart TV with Verizon cable, Netflix, YouTube, etc; laptop desk and chair or extra bed (please specify your sleeping arrangements when booking), TV chair and ottoman, closet space, clean bath robes provided; digital code access, comfortable sleeping and peaceful rising

The Indigo Room features:

Queen size bed, TV with Verizon cable, a room with a room with a view; laptop desk and chair, TV chaise lounge, corner chair with table or extra bed space (please specify sleeping arrangements when booking), closet space outside the door, clean

Living Room/Den use:

35" Color TV with Verizon cable tv, 2 couches, and extra sleeping space if needed

Full use of the entire house including the kitchen, living and dining areas

Note: Please describe your sleeping arrangements when booking so that I may set up the proper accommodations

Full use of mostly the entire house including the kitchen, living and dining areas is available to you with the exception of the owners private areas. The owner private area and the suite are at different ends of the house and are clearly marked off so that guests will know which areas are off limits.

Germantown is a historical district with lots of historical sites and some amazing old buildings.

Public Transportation options are easily available.
Street parking is available.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
